• Handle debt collection and credit control functions
• Liaise with local and overseas customers on payment settlement matters
• Resolve related disputes with internal and external parties in compliance with customer’s / company’s policies & procedures 
• Prepare debt collection status report
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested by manager

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billings or credit collection in a sizable organization
• Be Mature, independent and adaptable to change
• Take initiative and hold exceptional analytical skills
• Possess good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and be familiar with computerized accounting system
