Job Purpose:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be a member of the Finance and Accounting Team, and report to the Finance Director. The role requires to perform reporting duties, assist in cashflow management, banking and treasury related matters, management accounting, audit and internal control area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in financial reporting matters;
• Review daily payment and loan documents;
• Prepare monthly cashflow forecast and Treasury related reports;
• Assist in budget, forecast and analysis cost control;
• Preparing financial analysis and operational KPI evaluation analysis;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline;
• Member or student member of HKICPA or other international recognized association;
• 3 years or above relevant working experiences;
• Adaptable, energetic, able to work under fast moving environment and attention to details;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with people having different background;
• Detail minded person, strong in numbers and data analysis;
• Experience in audit firm will be an advantage but not a must;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin) ;
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
