Our China and Hong Kong tax specialists provide the full range of services required for a wide variety of local and international companies which operate in the Mainland and Hong Kong. Hong Kong, as a Special Administrative Region of China, is governed by separate tax laws from the Mainland. Our experts are able to advise on taxes / regulations for both jurisdictions.
We are now seeking the right candidate to join our PRC Tax team and Transfer Pricing team. This is an entry level position for those who aspire to develop their career as a professional tax advisor of PRC related tax advisory and transfer pricing related advisory.
What you can expect
- Handle day-to-day tax compliance engagements
- Conduct research on tax issues
- Support manager in PRC tax consulting projects and transfer pricing project
- Review tax provision
- Assist in M&A and IPO projects
- Conduct benchmarking analysis
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation
- Gain exposure in the development of transfer pricing
- University graduates (Accounting degree or related discipline);
- Ability to handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organization skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
