Our client is a HK prestigious Private Equity platform. They are expanding the Accounting team for an Accountant or Senior Accountant with Big 4 audit / full set accounting background working experience are welcome. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly full set of accounts, quarterly investor report, year-end audit and tax assistance for portfolio companies
• Oversee Fund administrator/external accounting firm for preparation of the Fund’s and investment projects quarterly management accounts, capital call and distribution notices.
• Prepare annual budget, forecast and monitor cash positions of investment projects, Funds and portfolio companies.
• Other ad hoc assignments

• Degree holder
• Major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• CPA qualification is preferred but not a must
• Direct report to the Principal (Finance team)
