Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting dutie
• Handle invoicing, AP, AR, vouchers, general entry and filing
• Monthly closing, such as bank reconciliation, preparing schedules for cheque transactions, petty cash
• Perform general administrative duties, phone calls
• ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• DSE / F.6 or above with LCC higher, diploma in Accounting
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field and general administration, experience with trading background preferred
• Good PC skills, proficient in Excel is a must
• Experience with accounting software, in using Flexsystem is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
