Job Description
TJS, is the wholesales division of the Group, focus in providing premium quality standard of services and products on OEM, ODM white-labels and OBM to international B2B partners. Current business primarily derives from the North America markets and Asia Markets, with the strategy of extending its reach to the Global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Development Manager (PDM) and/or Sales Manager (SM) in the new-customer-acquisition work-processes and sales pitch materials preparation.
- Support PDM and/or SM in putting forward new seasons product pitches to existing customers.
- Compile Market- or Customer-specific researches for strategize sales & product pitches.
- Follow up on PD related price analysis and product data.
- Follow up on quotations and subsequent orders & deliveries with customers.
- Follow up on monthly AR statement and AR collections with customers
- To meet the annual KPIs and Sales objectives set by the PDM and/or SM.
- Keep up with proper documentation hygiene and aligned with the teams practice.
- 4-6 years B2B business development - accounting servicing experience
- Open to Fresh Undergraduates.
- Strong with numbers and high proficiency in excel
- Good communication verbal and writing skill.
- Understanding in commercial compliances and best practice policy is an advantage
- Interested in and understanding on jewellery products making is a big plus.
- Eager to learn, Self-motivated, resourceful minded and Sales target driven minded.
- Flexible and agile with work scope and workload, task-completion mind-set.
- Might require to travel.
- Outgoing personality with easy-going people skill let while diligent in details and follow through tasks.
