Job Description
- Perform financial analysis (investment modelling) to support investment decisions
- Assist in investor relations related activities including organizing and attending investors’ meetings and preparation of presentation materials
- Undertake independent research in REITs, capital markets and logistics and logistics properties;
- Assist in evaluation of investment opportunities
- Assist in other tasks as assigned
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Surveying or related disciplines
- Around 5 years’ financial analysis and/or investor relations experience, package will be commensurate with experience
- Experience from REITs, property investment, or listed companies preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required as there will be frequent communication with the team and stakeholders who speak Mandarin
- Organized, meticulous, inquisitive, analytical, proactive and excellent interpersonal skills
- Immediate available will be an advantage
