Role Purpose:

This is a position under Group Finance Share Service Centre and responsible for the accounting work of Accounts Payable for 4 retail brands in HK and Macau.

A typical day in this Role:

• Perform non-Trade Payment duties and daily operations
• Maintain lease record and lease payment of our retail stores
• Perform month-end closing, financial reporting and analysis, monthly inter-company reconciliation
• Liaise with suppliers, user department on payment issues and maintain supplier record
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Having Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Having good experience in Accounts Payable function
• Having high proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Accounting Software i.e. Oracle
• Good communication skill
• Organized, detail-minded
