Our client:

Our client is a Global FMCG company in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber – Administration and Accounting Manager to join their team.

Your role:

• Handle full set of account include but not limit to bookkeeping, payment arrangements
• Work with external and internal auditors to ensure financial statements adhere to accounting policies and adequate financial controls are in place
• Prepare financial reporting package to the management team and shareholders as required.
• Ensure and enhance the company’s internal control in place and formulate appropriate policy and procedures.
• Handle administration tasks and provide supports
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or Finance related subject
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting and administration experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
