Duties:  

• Assist in accomplishing the divisional goals and objectives, overseeing the performance of the Division and ensure quality outputs are delivered
• Assist in strategies implementation related to enterprise risk management and corporate governance and ensure they are in line with the objectives
• Ensure risk management tools are timely developed, updated and delivered
  
• Assist in driving the risk-based decision and assist to incubate the risk awareness culture
• To undertake such duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in insurance company, bank or financial institution
• Experience in risk management framework refinement and regular risk assessment exercises
• Knowledge on solvency and risk appetite statement
• Developed business acumen and hand-on data analytic 
• Attention to detail, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; capable to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Good knowledge of PC skills (programming skill preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Remuneration and Benefits:
