Job responsibilities:-
- Monitor the collection of account receivable and follow up overdue payments with proper action;
- Coordinate with sales and customer for payment collection;
- Assist team member in addressing and resolving client collection issue and workflow completion;
- Prepare reconciliation report between AR & shipment report;
- Formulate / prepare weekly AR Forecast report according to shipping report, and other trend analysis for management review;
- Prepare receiveable journal entries and related accounting schedules;
- Perform regular inter-companies reconciliation;
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing;
- Perform other duties or ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.

Job requirements:-
- Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years' accounting experience in Banking / Finance;
- Solid working experience in handling full set of accounts;
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill with proactive attitude;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels;
- Able to work independently and self-motivated, positive;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Word and Power Point. Experience in EPICOR or other ERP system is a plus;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Accountant.
