General

• Handle full set of finance and daily accounting operation
• Managing month-end closing financial analysis, statutory reporting and forecasting
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements
• Handle annual statutory audit and tax issue
• Handle intercompany transactions and coordinate with overseas finance team 

• Monitor and update AR schedule
• Follow up Aged AR and liaise with Project Managers and clients

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Above 5 years of solid experience in accounting or auditing is required
• Professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and Accounting Software
• Mature, responsible, able to work under pressure, organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision Program is an advantage
• Self-initiative detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese 
• Immediate availability is preferred
