Job Description
Responsibilities
- Data entry, scanning and filing role for finance and company secretary
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities and other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by supervisor
- University year 2 students or older
- Good knowledge of software applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, excellent in English and Cantonese
- Able to provide 1-2 days/week support
