Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine Accounts Receivable functions including data entry
- Responsible for managing daily collection activities
- Responsible for voucher input, accounting schedule and bank reconciliation preparation
- Provide clerical/administrative support to the Finance Department
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- LCCI Cert or Diploma in Accounting
- 1 year or above working experience;
- Strong numerical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
- Efficient, well-organized and positive work attitude;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is preferred
