Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle supplier invoices checking and validation
- To handle cost review and analysis to improve the cost margin
- To handle supplier payments for Hong Kong office
- To handle AP process review and improvement
- To monitor supplier billing quality to provide necessary support on supplier review
- To ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- To handle T&E checking and posting
- To maintain and update monthly overhead costs accrual
- To prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules
- To clarify the queries from vendors and operations
- To assist in preparing year-end audit schedules
- To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Accounting/ Finance or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred, but not a must
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge in SAP and Cargowise One would be an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Putonghua)
- Responsible, self-motivated and team player
