Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Review different type of voucher and related documents;
2. Prepare / Follow up Balance Schedule for Month end;
3. Co-ordinate clerical to perform routine duties and catch-up timeline;
4. Assist to review funding usage;
5. Assist to draw up operating manual;
6. Assist in internal and external audit;7. Perform Ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
2. 5-8 years of relevant experience with NGO experience is preferable;
3. Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel, VBA and Flex Accounting System;
4. Strong leadership, coaching and team building skills with solid experience;
5. Well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
6. Highly independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet timeline;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
