Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine account affairs and prepare periodically statements and management reports
• Perform inter-company transactions and adjusting journal entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Responsible for AP & AR functions, daily cash registry, and banking report
• Handle staff reimbursement claims
• Assist Supervisor and Manager in month end closing and reports / schedules preparation
• Perform ad-hoc duties required by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 5 years or above of accounting experience
• Attentive to details and efficient, with effective multi-tasking skills
• Mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Good PC skills in MS Excel and Word, and knowledge in Peachtree will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience consider as an Accounts Clerk.
• Immediate available is preferred
