Job Description
- Manage daily accounting duties including input accounting data and files such as AP, AR, voucher, petty cash, stock take record, etc.
- Assist in month-end closing, including bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
- Ensure the accuracy of the accounting records and maintain a proper filing system
- Review technical accounting issues for compliance
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
- LCCI Second Level or Diploma in accounting or above
- Fresh Grad with Finance, Accounting, or other numerate degrees are welcome
- Accounting Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is preferred, Retail experience is a plus
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good analytical mind and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle full set of accounts is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and hands-on experience on Xero is an advantage
- Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Immediate available is preferred
