Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting matters including invoicing, data entry, voucher entries, filing, prepare petty cash records, CRM system & HR records.
- Preparing management reports & financial analysis. Handle institutions’ commission income. Provide administrative support to the team members & work according to supervisors’ commands.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experiences in the accounting field
- Be able to work independently, willing to learn, team work, flexible, self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player & effective communication
- Strong organizing abilities, handling multi-tasks well, and able to meet deadline with a tight schedule
- Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
- PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
- Immediately available is preferred
