Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable vouchers and arranging payments

• Assist in preparing Year-end closing procedures
• Provide clerical support to the Accounts team, e.g. Data Entry & Filing
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with LCCI Level 1
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Hard working & Responsible
• Immediate availability is preferred
