Responsibilities:

•  Perform full set of accounting which includes:
  • Accounting data entry
  • Payment processing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Month end closing and all reconciliation (intercompany reconciliation and AR, AP booking) 
• Assist to prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner 
• Cooperate with inter-department to handle inter-department inquiry on the transaction status
• Review accounts receivable ageing report / to make sure payment is on-time, otherwise cooperate with inter-department for chasing client settlement
• with experience to handle daily and monthly FRR reporting is an advantage 
• Assist management in collecting data for financial analysis 
• Assist to work with auditors and other professional parties
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or above in Accounting or Business related disciplines
• At least 3 years of work experience in accounting 
• Work experience in group accounting is required
• Experience in daily and monthly FRR reporting is a big plus 
• Proficient in using Accounting systems. Experience in using Quickbook is an advantage 
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, and able to work independently 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to coordinate with internal departments for daily operation and administrative functions
• Good command of English and Chinese
