Our client is a US listed leading multi-national company with global presence. They are looking for a Financial Controller to lead the growing team in Hong Kong.

Respobsibilities:

• Lead functions of accounting and finance team
• Over-viewing reporting, taxes and compliance with Group policies, SOX control, local and US GAAP
• Review the adequacy of the current accounting system and practice, identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
• Manage and forecast cash requirements including planning and preparation of cash budgets for short-term and medium-term needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related
• HKICPA/ACCA Professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the multi national companies
• Strong familiarity to US GAAP and financial reporting and SOX control processes for listed US companies
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Fluency in conversational and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
