Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To collect data for CargoWise1 project from Operations teams, conduct statistics and analysis
- To be responsible for CargoWise1 and SAP testing
- To be involved in CargoWise1 deployment project as key user in Finance team and to be responsible for various tasks assigned such as UAT
- Project work –active participation in the implementation of specific CargoWise1 modules, as well as the interface checking with SAP; discussion with various teams
- To perform reconciliation for any variance between CargoWise1 and SAP
- To record the UAT in designated file, confluence page and Gap analysis file
- To record the testing error and report the open items to Finance Manager
- To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Finance/ Accounting or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred, but not a must
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge in SAP & Cargowise One is a must
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Putonghua)
- Good inter-personal and communication skill
- Self-motivated, detailed-minded and organized with strong sense of responsibility
