The Job

• To prepare accounting records, accounting/auditing schedules and maintain proper documentation;
• To carry out receipts and payment functions and assist the supervisor to monitor corresponding operations;
• To prepare budget, forecast and financial analysis;
• To implement accounting procedures and control measures;
• To provide financial analysis and reports to management; and
• To perform other duties as assigned. 

The Person

• A recognized degree, preferably in Accountancy, or equivalent, with at least 4 years of accounting or auditing experience; or
• A recognized diploma, preferably in Accountancy, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of accounting or auditing experience;
• Proficient in accounting system and PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; and
• Mature, detail-minded and able to work under pressure.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.  All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
