Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions, i.e. issuing cheques, preparing vouchers, cheques deposit and etc.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, AR & AP, filing and prepare different management reports.
• Maintaining and recording of petty cash transactions;
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in general HR duties
• Provide secretarial support to Senior Management
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

•        Form 5 or above
•        LCCI Level 2 or above
•        At least 2 years relevant experience
•        Formal secretarial training is preferred
•        Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing
•        Good command of both English and Chinese
•        Mature, responsible and well-organized
•        Immediate available is necessary
