- Handle services and goods ordering, initiate and submit purchase request, complete vendor service order form, and/or to order via vendor service portals
- Coordinate with internal parties or other business units to secure commitment on resources allocation
- Handle office administrative work inlcuding but not limtied to data entry, documentation, filing, etc.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
The Person:
- High diploma or above
- 1 - 3 years experience in administration support
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Sound PC and software knowledge
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
