Requirements:

• Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, experience in real estate or property management industry is preferable but not necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of accounting system, hand-on Flex System is preferable but not necessary
• Good communication, co-ordination and helpful

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing month-end closing report
• Assist in maintaining complete and up-to-date accounting records
• Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries and filing
• Coordinate with Leasing Dept for monthly settlement by tenants
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary
