About the Company

Our client is a renowned Multi National Corporation listed in the Hong Kong with a diversified business portfolio, including Retail, Wellness & Lifestyle and Food & Beverage industries. An opportunity of a AVP / VP - Risk Management has risen in the Headquarters under the Audit Department. 

 Responsibilities

• Work closely with the cross functional teams and various stakeholders to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Responsible for implementing the Enterprising Risk Management (ERM) framework to evaluate business operations.
• Ensure relevant controls and risk management procedures are developed and upheld to the latest standards. 
• Collate and compile monthly Key Risk Indicators and Risk Dashboard for various regions. 
• Escalate risk issues to Head of Internal Audit and Senior Management in a timely manner.
• Ascertain business activities, operational flows and guidelines comply with the prescribed policies and procedures;
• Perform follow up, tracking, validation and reporting of implementation status of recommendations

Requirements

• Degree holder in business related / project management / training disciplines;
• CPA, CIA qualified or equivalent. Professional qualifications and certification for Enterprise Risk Management are preferred.
• Trained in Big 4 Accounting firms with 15+ years relevant experience in Internal Control, Risk Management & Internal Audit functions
• At least 5 years’ working experience in a change environment with proven ability to deliver successful projects
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and good interpersonal and influence skills
• Excellent organization skills, to plan the use of resources to meet deadlines;
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Minimal traveling is required
