• Lead the team of Accounting, Administration and HR to oversee the daily operation of company. 
• Preform and review Month-end Closing, Year-end closing, and financial analysis
• preparation of annual budget,  quarterly financial forecasts and yearly budgeting helping to drive forecast accuracy
• Compile financial statements in compliance with group finance, internal control policies and statutory requirements.
• maintain the HR system, process payroll, setting the office rules/ employment contract/human resource policy/Performance review/ Recruitment;
• Cashflow Management and forecasting
• Manage the debts collection and payments
• Ensure satisfactory completion of annual audit, tax, company secretarial and other regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Manage relationships with external professional parties/service providers, including auditors, bankers and office service providers etc.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and management.
  
  Requirements:
• University degree holder obtained from a recognized institution.
• Qualified professional accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience/proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal & communications skills; comfortable to challenge others and provide feedback in a non-confrontational manner whilst at the same time maintaining a good team ethic and respect for colleagues.
• Commercially minded, hands-on, energetic, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Well organised and able to work towards deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
