Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting functions
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle documents, month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare financial and inventory report
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Diploma or above in Accounting with LCC&I level 2
- At least 4 year’s relevant experience
- Solid experience in handling full set of accounts
- Knowledge of Flex Account System would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, well-organized and proactive
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Monday to Friday (09:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00 )
