Job Description:

1. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and monitor the Group’s operation of  accounting and finance functions.
2. Participate in the overall strategic and financial planning of the Group to deliver annual budgets and monthly dashboards tracking progress, efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
3. Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of Group’s monthly financial reporting and operational metrics from all subsidiaries in the areas of budgetary control, production efficiency, marketing, tax planning and treasury functions.
4. Oversee and improve finance functions of the Group and subsidiaries in different regions, with special focus in the manufacturing and trading sectors.
5. Work cross-functionally with department heads to fine-tune the work flow and job procedures related to accounting and financing operations.
6. Ensure all Group’s operations and procedures comply with internal control manuals, external legal and regulatory requirements, specifically  PRC and foreign subsidiaries’ compliance with local regulations.
7. Assist in the liaising and completion of tasks with external parties including auditors, lawyers, bankers, fund raising and dealings with investors.
8. Complete ad-hoc assignments from senior management.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accountancy with Professional Accounting Qualification, CPA, CTA  or equivalent.
• At least 10 years accounting experience in manufacturing and trading company with 5 years relevant position.
• Strong technical accounting, management experience and familiar with Hong Kong and oversea accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking , legal and government regulations and practices.
• Capable of handling a full set of manufacturing accounts, operate and control ERP system effectively.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills in English and mandarin.
• Proficient in PC skills.
