Duties :

• Perform monthly analysis on key expenses by operations
• Perform the monthly overhead recovery rate analysis
• Participate in cost audit, enforce cost monitoring policies, review and implement improvements to reduce overall costs
• Facilitate responsible functions on preparation of annual budget and reforecast submission and monitoring of actual performance against plan
• Compare cost performance with operation KPI to assure right measurements are in place

Requirement :

• 5 years experience in accounting. financial analysis in investment is preferred
• Attention to details, good organizing skill and able to work independently 
• Good commend of Excel for analysis and Word Processing skill
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Previous experience of handling budget and accounting qualification an advantage
