Job Duties

Report to Founder

Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and control;

Handle all Accounts Receivable and revenue related tasks, in a timely manner

Handle all Accounts Payables including bills, rental, salary

Perform month-end closing and daily accounting duties

Supervise assistants and maintain accurate data input and ensure all accounting record in compliance with company policies

Assist in audits, work closely with the group’s external auditor in completing interim and annual audit processes

Liaison with Bank and external auditor

Prepare tax computations

Recommend cash flow management and audit policies to Founder

Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirement

 Highly Flexible

Bachelor degree in Accounting or business-related disciplines

Certificate in HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage

At least 4 years accounting experience, at least 1 years from management reporting.

Work independently, and able to work under pressure and tight schedule, self-motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking

Good knowledge of accounting principles, compliance and procedures

Well Organised

Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Proficient in spoken & written Chinese and English.

Working Days and Hours:
From Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
