Working with teammates, this role reports to Financial Controller. On top of our HK office, the incumbent will have a chance to be exposed to Asia Pacific offices including China, Singapore, Korea, Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations including AR/AP, general journal entries, bills and payments, bank reconciliation
• Provide support on month-end closing
• Manage staff expenses reimbursement
• Provide support to office administration when required

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Accounting or higher education
• Fresh graduates are welcome (more experienced candidate would be considered as Assistant Accountant)
• Good command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, sensitive to figures, details minded, strong sense of responsibility, can-do attitude, good interpersonal skills
• Competent in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Immediate availability is an advantage

For the Assistant Accountant position, it would be highly preferred if you have obtained below -

• With audit experience
• Relevant working experience in digital marketing /advertising or related industry 
• Experience in handling Accounting for some countries in APAC regions but not a must
• Hands-on experience in NETSUITE system and online banking
• Consolidation / Segment Accounting/ Full Set of Accounts 
• Able to speak Japanese/ Korean will be a plus
