• To execute and monitor valuation assignments and other consulting works for IPO, SPEC, M&A, litigations and financial reporting purposes
• To liaise with clients, regulators such as HKEX and SFC and other professionals including auditors, lawyers, financial advisors and sponsors etc.
• To handle fundraising exercises and M&A projects
• To develop business and identify potential business opportunity and nurture client relationships
• To lead and manage a team of valuers for various valuation tasks and due diligence
• To guide and review all the works produced by the team including valuation models and reports
• To supervise, coach and develop junior staffs

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Quantitative Finance/Actuarial Science/Financial Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences but candidates with less experience will be considered as associate director
• Solid experience in client relationship management with well-established existing customer base is preferred
• Candidate from big 4 valuation or financial advisory services team would be most welcome
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team 
• Holder of CPA, CFA, FRM, CAIA or MRICS or equivalent professional qualifications is preferred
• Good knowledge of computer applications including MS office, VBA and Python
• Responsible, self-motivated, mature and good team player
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to travel on business needs
