General Purpose

Provide support in corporate accounting and related operational and administrative tasks.

 Responsibilities/Duties

• Prepare full set of account for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing on timely and accurate basis for the Company and its affiliates
• Handle payments and monitor cash flow
• Handle annual statutory audit and tax related matters
• Liaise with bank when necessary
• Handle other clerical works such as contract register
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 8+ years of solid working experience gained in accounting field of financial industry;
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
• Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
