Responsibilities:
‧  Responsible for full set of accounts and daily clerical work such as data entry, filing & checking of expenses claim form
‧  Perform data entry with excellent accuracy, maintain files and records in a neat and organized manner
‧  Knowledge & experience in all aspects of AR & AP and can handle correspondence independently.
‧  Well organized with strong sense of team spirit & responsibility, self initiative and excellent interpersonal skill.
‧  To handle all company daily administration work and clerical support
‧  Good PC knowledge, and strong infuse of MS Excel
‧  Assist other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
‧  Diploma holder in Accounting or graduated with relevant academic qualifications
‧  Around 2-4 year of accounting experience, preferable with experience in Interior & Construction industry
‧  Proficiency in PC knowledge, MYOB, MS Office
‧  High accuracy of work and attention to details
‧  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
‧  Fluent in writing and speaking in both English and Chinese
‧  Immediate availability is preferred
