Job Description

What you'll do:

• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for HKPC and Mainland subsidiaries (monthly management accounting reports, variance analysis and forecasting etc.)
• Support financial analysis and planning on business performance for Business Units (budgeting, sales and cost analysis, staff rate and equipmment ultilization review etc.)
• Support fixed assets management and regular stock taking in accordance to relevant procedures
• Prepare project account financial statements in accordance to relevant guidelines, coordinate with external auditor on project audits
• Participate in digitization and simplification projects to streamline operation process and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines with 2 years of solid experience in finance and accounting duties or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience
• Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
• Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge on Macro, VBA and PowerBI is an advantage
• Good command of English and Cantonese or Putonghua
