This role would report to the VP of Finance directly and would take up part of the company’s overall financial consolidation work, as well as some of the new reporting requirements from other BU.

Job duties:

• Prepare consolidation reports and analyses for the company’s overall business
• Analyse the P&L performance of the Solutions business vs forecast/ budget/ prior year and come up with performance improvement suggestions
• Prepare consolidated Balance Sheet analysis which should include AR/UR ageing, WIP/Prepayment breakdown and ageing, accruals/ other payables breakdown and ageing, highlight any areas of risk
• Prepare consolidated cash flow analysis
• Support ad-hoc projects, management analysis and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above in accounting, finance or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Big 4/Second tier firm
• Solid experience in preparing annual reports for Hong Kong-listed company
• With consolidation experience in commercial accounting, preferably in the IT sector
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized individual with an analytical mind
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, able to handle tight timelines with strong problem-solving skills
