Responsibilities

• Perform management and financial reports analysis;
• Monitor and evaluate the financial and operating performance of the business against budget and forecast;
• Conduct feasibility studies on potential projects, specifically related to retail and real estate business;
• Design and improve the policies, procedures and systems with different departments to enhance the efficiency and control of the business units;
• Develop financial model to control and forecast the profitability of the existing business and new projects, such as cash flow analysis and IRR calculation;
• Propose solutions with business unit heads to enhance business performance;
• Perform strategic planning for the business growth;
• Assist top management to perform ad-hoc analysis and research;
• Manage KPIs and analytics to support business growth and identify business risks;
• Identify data anomalies, trends, or deviations, and then develop strategies for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Business Analysis/ Accounting/ Finance or relevant;
• CPA/ CIMA/ CFA/ RICS/ HKIS Qualification is desirable;
  
• Working experience in Retail / Real Estate industry;
• Strong analytical skills & research skills;
• Proficiency in Excel is an advantage;
• Details-oriented,self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
