Responsibilities: 

•  Responsible for full set of accounts (accounting) and dealing with auditors for audited accounts
•  Responsible for dealing with external parties, including auditors, bankers, payment gateway, third-party cooperation and IRD
•  Handle daily/monthly accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, AP, AR and month-end closing, payments, perform banking operations & bank reconciliation;
•  Understanding of Labour Ordinance, MPF & payroll processing and   company secretarial duties
•  Experience in applying business loans and different SME government and tech funding strongly desirable
• Ability to analyze, draft, review and counter-offer terms of business/ investors' agreements with strong business acumen 

Requirements:

•  Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline, ideally with HKICPA / ACCA qualification
•  1 year or above of accounting/ auditing experience is preferred, candidate with  stronger experience and knowledge can be considered as Senior Accountant. Less experience can be considered as Assistant Accountant and also welcome to apply
•  Proficient in use of PC, good at MS Words, Excel, etc.
•  Experience in using Xero and related Xero plug-in as an advantage. 
•  Stable, independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
•  Good command in written English & fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
•  Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications
