 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial control, budgetary, cash management, month-end and year-end closing process and management reports
• Lead the accounting teams to perform finance and accounting functions, prepare and review group consolidation financial and management reports with detailed analysis
• Oversee annual business planning and budgeting exercise; prepare financial projections and sensitivity analysis on pricing & costing
• Oversee the formulation and optimization of the company's financial standards, policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with legal requirements, enforce internal control and Group compliance requirements
• Ensure up to date compliance with all government regulations such as tax, equity, health and safety, etc. (statutory compliance)
• Able to process and execute full cycle IPO/M&A deals

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance, with professional accreditation such as HKICPA/ACCA or at equivalent 
• Over 8 years' relevant working experience in a financial capacity
• Qualified accountant with experience in Big 4 audit firms
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, legal and tax systems
• Strong business acumen, problem solving and good in communication & presentation skills
• Independent to work and able to handle cross-department issues
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind and business sense
• Immediately available preferred
