Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle consolidation, financial and management reporting and analysis
- Perform full sets of books including month-end closing and daily operations
- Assist in annual and interim audit
- Prepare statutory accounts and tax filing documents
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified or student member of ACCA/ HKICPA/ CPA Australia is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting/ audit, preferably gained in property development & management industry
- Solid experience in managing consolidated accounts, financial analysis and management reporting
- Good knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and with knowledge in Flex system will be an advantage
