Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle daily accounting works, not merely including bank, accounts receivable and payable
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as data entry and filing
  • Custom clearance and invoice handling
  • Communication with accountant for documentation
  • Cheque cashing and issuing
  • Perform full reception function in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with daily courier and handle incoming / outgoing mails
  • Handle phone calls and answer enquirers
  • Support other ad hoc duties as assigned 

 Requirements:

  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, patient and caring personality
  • Fresh graduate with accounting background will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
