Responsibilities:
- Book-keep accounts entries, A/R &A/P
- Prepare vouchers and tax computation
- Handle daily invoices, bills, vouchers and accounts documents checking
- Prepare Bank book, petty cash records and intercompany reconciliations
- Assist in audit and prepare documents
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related disciplines with LCCI Level 3
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience is preferred
- F&B or Beauty experience is preferred
- Proficiency in PC operation including Quickbook, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadline
- Immediately available is preferred
