Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Assist in daily operation AR, AP, JV of Accounting department, credit control and year-end stock take
• Participate in month-end closing to ensure accounting transactions are in accordance with accounting standards and company policies and direct report to Managing Director
• Prepare management reports, year-end reports and liaise with auditors
• Liaise with PRC factory and Shenzhen office colleague
• Handle other clerical work and all administrative duties
• 5 days work/week
• experience with computerized accounting system
• traveling to China and Malaysia required

Requirements:

• Form 5, LCC&I Higher or above
• At least 3 year's relevant working experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, hard-working, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy and mature
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is preferred
