Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and perform daily accounting functions including preparation of vouchers and cheques
- Prepare month end closing and related financial reports, schedules, breakdowns and reconciliations
- Handle payment process in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
- Assist in monitoring the cash balance of the Group
- Assist in budget preparation and monthly variance analysis
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors on annual audits
- Provide support for ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting / Business related disciplines
- 5 years’ solid accounting experience preferable in full set accounting
- Knowledge in Sage accounting system (Accpac) would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of financial products (equities/bonds/funds etc) is a plus
- Independent, mature, detailed minded & has a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
- Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good commend of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is desirable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant accountant
