Purpose of the position

•          This position will act as financial interface across companies and provide professional supports on financial services to business such as payment, accounting, reporting and inquiry on financial function etc.
•          This position will carry out local banking affairs, payment process, voucher review, data collection, annual tax return or financial system application supports and internal control function etc in Hong Kong and Australia.

Principal responsibilities

•          Provide support to discharge the day-to-day duties of the Company Finance function in a smooth and timely manner. 
•          Working with colleagues of other functions to ensure the Company book and ledgers are reflecting the business operations.
•          Control all payment documents flow, ensure company policy is complied.
•          Sort and verify all approved payment vouchers and send to overseas audit team
•          Collect all expense claims supporting documentations and send to holding company’s financial team
•          Local banks day to day contact and Foreign currency payment etc.
•          First stop to handle local vendor queries
•          Suggest and implement the agreed action to streamline day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and comply with required external standards / policies.
•          To ensure proper internal control is being implemented in the related area of responsibilities.
•          Provide supports on auditing, annual tax return, financial system application and handle financial inquiry from internal or external
•          Be responsible for GL reporting of Kohle Group, including but not limited SAP, Lift reporting
•          Be responsible for local statistical reports
•          Understanding HK Tax law and assist in local tax issue
•          Ad-hoc assignments from the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

•          High Diploma or above in Accounting;
•          Familiar with MYOB/ABSS 22 accounting software;
•          Proactive, Work Independently, Disciplined, Mature, Responsible, Attentive to details;
•          3 years experiences in accounting, preferably from Financial Institute;
•          Experience in coordinating with overseas accounting books;
•          Concrete accounting principles knowledge;
•          Good command in written & spoken Mandarin and English.
•          Knowledge with MT4 trading software preferred
