• Book-keeping (Focus on A/R & A/P sub-ledgers) and daily accounting duties
• Data inputs to prepare payment and receipt vouchers
• Bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
• Assist in other finance functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned

•  Diploma or above in Accounting;
• At least 2 years accounting experience in audit/accounting firms or advertising/PR/marketing/event/ agencies
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel application; knowledge of FLEX accounting software is an advantage;
• Knowledge on PRC tax and payroll related issues is an advantage;
• Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and conduct of confidentiality;
