Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial & management accounting, financial analysis, cost accounting, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, taxation, annual audit etc.
• Handle full set of accounts of the Group, daily accounting operation e.g. accounts receivable, accounts payable, reimbursement and month-end closing etc.;
• Handle and prepare regular filing with the SFC of the FRR to demonstrate compliance with the FRR rules or other regulatory filings or reports;
• Responsible for daily monitoring cash position including the required Liquid Capital;
• Liaise with internal and external parties e.g. colleagues, auditors, bankers in relation to finance matters;
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal control and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Handle daily office administration and perform company secretary duties e.g. preparing Annual Return etc.;
• Any ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines; Diploma in accounting with relevant experience in securities firm is welcome to apply;
• At least 3-5 years accounting work experience in financial industry, highly prefer SFC licensed corporation;
• Able to handle the full set of account;
• Familiar with FRR reporting, securities brokerage business, the rules and regulations of SFC and HKEX;
• Knowledge in accounting software is a must, especially Peachtree;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Self-motivated, work independent and able to work with teams in a highly dynamic environment.
